The meteoric rise in the popularity of social media and its applications has brought with it some major successes and epic failures. Much of the misuse stems from poor choices of platform and a fundamental misunderstanding of the tools themselves.

Survey Research on Regulation of Medical Marijuana Dispensaries

Nine years ago, Colorado voters passed Amendment 20 which authorized the use of medical marijuana by persons who are suffering from debilitating medical conditions and creating exemptions to Colorado criminal law for medical marijuana patients and their primary care-givers. Recent events have focused attention on the need for a more defined role for medical marijuana dispensaries under Amendment 20. To assess voter attitudes towards formalizing the role of dispensaries under Amendment 20, Coloradans for Medical Marijuana Regulation and the Marijuana Policy Project hired RBI Strategies and Research to conduct a survey.

DENVER, CO – RBI Strategies and Research, a Denver-based political consulting firm, took home five awards at the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) Pollie Awards ceremony. RBI only began submitting work to the Pollies three years ago, each year they have taken home an award.

Colorado Attitudes on Roadless Forests

RBI Strategies and Research conducted a survey for the Pew Environment Group between August 18 and August 24, 2008 asking 500 voters likely to participate in the 2008 Colorado General Election about conservation and roadless issues in the State of Colorado. An additional 200 interviews were conducted on the Western Slope to provide a sample of 250 voters from that area. Respondents were selected at random from a list of registered voters. A sample of this size has a margin of error of ±4.38% at the 95% confidence level. The Western Slope sample has a margin of error of ±6.2%.
